Who We Are

A Platform Built With the Filipino Player in Mind

When we started building hero 789, we kept coming back to the same question: what does an online casino actually look like when it's designed from the ground up for Filipino players — not just translated or adapted from something else?

The answer turned out to be simpler than you'd think. It looks like GCash deposits that clear in seconds. It looks like a site that loads properly on a mid-range Android phone with a standard mobile data connection. It looks like customer support that doesn't make you wait three days for a canned reply. It looks like peso-denominated accounts with no hidden conversion fees eating into your winnings.

That's hero 789. We're a dedicated online gaming platform serving the Philippine market, offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, and more — all under one roof, all accessible from your phone, and all priced in PHP. We've been in this space long enough to understand what Filipino players value most: transparency, speed, and a platform that actually works the way it's supposed to.

"We wanted every kabayan to feel at home the moment they opened the app — no confusion, no fine print traps, just a genuinely good gaming experience."

What Sets Us Apart

Six Reasons Filipino Players Choose Hero 789

These aren't just marketing points — they're the things we get asked about most by players who've tried other platforms.

Mobile-First, Always

The hero 789 platform was designed for smartphones first. No bloated desktop-only interface crammed onto a small screen — every button, every game, every deposit flow works naturally on touch. Android or iOS, it just works.

GCash & Maya Deposits in Seconds

Forget waiting for bank transfers to clear. At hero 789, GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your gaming account almost instantly. Withdrawals back to your e-wallet typically land within minutes once approved.

Licensed and Regulated

Hero 789 operates within the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. All games use certified RNG technology and are subject to regular audits. Your funds and personal data are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption.

100% Philippine Peso

Your account balance, your bets, your winnings — everything is in PHP. No forex conversions, no surprise exchange rate deductions. What you see in your wallet is exactly what you get when you withdraw.

Real 24/7 Support

Our support team is available around the clock via live chat and email. We hire Filipino agents who understand the local context — so when you reach out, you're talking to someone who actually gets what you're asking.

Promos That Make Sense

Hero 789 bonuses come with fair, transparent terms. No misleading wagering requirements buried in a wall of text. We explain every promo clearly so you know what you're signing up for before you click anything.

Our Journey

How Hero 789 Got to Where It Is Today

From a small team with a big idea to one of the Philippines' most-used online gaming platforms — here's the short version of our story.

The Beginning

The Idea Takes Shape

A group of gaming enthusiasts and tech professionals noticed that Filipino players were being underserved — platforms built for other markets, slow payouts, confusing interfaces. Hero 789 was conceived as the alternative they wished existed.

Early Days

Platform Launch and First Players

Hero 789 opened its doors to Filipino players for the first time. The initial lineup included sports betting and a core selection of live casino games. Early feedback shaped almost everything that came next.

Growing

GCash Integration and Mobile Overhaul

Recognising that most players were on mobile, hero 789 rebuilt the platform from the ground up for smartphones and integrated GCash and Maya as primary payment options — two moves that changed everything.

Expanding

Full Casino Suite and Live Dealers

The game library expanded to include live dealer roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots from top providers, and a dedicated NBA and PBA sports betting section — all under one login, one wallet, one account.

Today

500,000+ Players and Growing

Hero 789 now serves hundreds of thousands of active Filipino players across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The team keeps growing, the game library keeps expanding, and the mission stays the same.

Our Core Values

What We Stand For at Hero 789

These values aren't printed on a wall in an office somewhere — they're the principles that shape every decision we make about the platform and how we treat players.

  • Transparency First Every bonus term, every withdrawal condition, every policy — written in plain language, easy to find. We believe players deserve to know exactly what they're agreeing to.
  • Player Respect We don't spam, we don't pressure, and we don't manipulate. Hero 789 treats players like adults who can make their own informed decisions about how they spend their time and money.
  • Game Integrity All games on the hero 789 platform use certified random number generators. Outcomes are not manipulated. The house edge is the house edge — nothing more, nothing hidden.
  • Responsible Gaming We take problem gambling seriously. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are all available, easy to access, and will never be buried behind support tickets.
  • Continuous Improvement Player feedback directly shapes what we build next. Every update to the hero 789 platform — from UI tweaks to new payment options — comes from listening to what players actually ask for.

Responsible Gaming

We Want You to Play Smart, Not Just Play More

Hero 789 genuinely cares about the wellbeing of its players. We know that for the vast majority of people, online gaming is a form of entertainment — a way to unwind after a long shift, add some excitement to a quiet Sunday, or enjoy the thrill of a live casino from the comfort of home. We want to keep it that way.

That's why hero 789 has built responsible gaming tools directly into the platform. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account settings. If you need a break, a temporary cooling-off period is available on request. If you feel like you need longer-term support, our self-exclusion option will remove your access for a defined period.

We also actively share information about responsible gambling resources available to Filipino players through PAGCOR's advocacy programs. Gaming should be fun — and we want every session at hero 789 to stay that way.
